So far as we know (and we're fairly certain of this, having spoken to a few relevant people)
there is at present no such body (in existence, let alone with a web presence).
We do have a couple of suggestions, though:
1) Did you really mean, the Royal College of PHYSICIANS of Edinburgh? - who do exist -

2) Alternatively, there is a "Scottish" section to the Royal College of Radiologists (of the UK), and 
corresponding subsection of the RCR web site (which we currently administer, as you've probably noticed!)
