I'm trying to buy a Water Rower just like the one you have.  (I was
 very taken with it when I tried it at your place).  However, 
 despite claiming Next Day Delivery, the company I was looking at are
 saying it will take 2 weeks or more to deliver it.  So I was wondering 
 where you got yours from, and whether it's possible to get it straight 
 from the manufacturer.  ie do you have an address or phone number for
 the people that make the Water Rower?  And do you have an address or
 phone number for the company that you got yours from (if not the
 people that make them).
