If a person sent 3 packages (all insured for $500.) from California to Pennsylvania via
the USPS and alot of the things that were in the box were broken, but there were a few things that 
weren't...if the insurance covers the box for $500 and there are a few things that were not broken...
would the sender be able to receive the non-broken things back?
